Corporate & Event Photography

Standard Events — $300–400/hour (Performances, rehearsals, parties, brand and PR activations) | 50+ fully edited photos per hour of coverage

Large-Scale Events — $500–700/hour (Galas, conferences, awards ceremonies) | 75+ fully edited photos per hour of coverage, to capture the scale of the room

Optional Add-Ons

  • Rush turnaround (3 days) – $300

  • Travel within NYC – Included, for locations within a 45-minute reach; further distances can be discussed separately

  • Travel outside NYC – Starting at $200+, quoted based on location, duration, and event type. Please reach out directly to discuss pricing

  • Studio session – $30/h

Policies & Process

No Raw Files: Curating and finishing every gallery is a core part of the work. Unedited or raw files aren't shared. I intentionally select every image and fully retouche it to reflect you and your moment at its best.

No Refunds or Reshoots: Sessions are booked in advance and include a completed, edited gallery, so refunds and reshoots aren't offered after we complete a shoot together. I build every gallery to deliver a genuine range of strong, usable images.

Turnaround: Standard turnaround is up to two weeks, unless a rush add-on is purchased.

Image Use: Copyright to all images is retained by the photographer. Clients receive personal and professional usage rights to the final, edited photos — casting, press, websites, social media, and more. Images are not released into the public domain. Photographer credit is required for press or online database use. Additional licensing can be discussed separately.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund of your deposit with at least 5 days' notice

  • Deposits become non-refundable within 5 days of your session

  • One reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days' notice, with your deposit transferring to the new date

  • Additional reschedules require a new deposit

  • By submitting a deposit, you agree to the policies above.
